Ushbound MX (hereinafter "we," "us," or "the Company") is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the website ushboundmx.com and through direct contact channels. This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on July 5, 2010 and December 21, 2011 respectively.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by the LFPDPPP (such as health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs).

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following primary purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form or by other means.
  • To provide operational consulting services related to cooperative formation, registration, governance design, and administrative accompaniment.
  • To maintain records of consulting engagements and related documentation.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Secondary purposes, which are not necessary for the consulting relationship but which we may pursue with your consent, include:

  • Sending informational communications about cooperative law updates or changes in RNGC procedures.

  • Data related to active or completed consulting engagements is retained for five years from the conclusion of the engagement, in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements.
  • Technical and cookie data is retained according to the periods described in our Cookie Policy.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (ARCO Rights)

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  • Rectification: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Cancellation: to request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Opposition: to object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes or on the basis of legitimate interest.

To exercise any of these rights, please send a written request to info@ushboundmx.com including your full name, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of a valid identification document. We will respond within twenty business days as required by the LFPDPPP.
