Active Projects
An overview of the types of cooperative consulting engagements Ushbound MX supports. Each project type reflects a distinct operational need within the cooperative lifecycle.
Types of Engagements
Rather than listing specific client names, we describe the categories of work we engage in. This reflects the range of operational needs cooperatives bring to us.
New Cooperative Formation
Supporting groups of workers or consumers through the complete formation process: constitutive assembly organization, acta constitutiva drafting, and RNGC registration filing.
Internal Regulations Design
Working with established cooperatives to draft or update their reglamento interno. This involves reviewing current practices, identifying gaps, and drafting provisions that reflect how the cooperative actually operates.
Annual Social Balance Reports
Assisting cooperatives with the elaboration of their balance social anual. This involves gathering relevant data, structuring the report according to legal requirements, and reviewing the final document with cooperative leadership.
Assembly Organization
Providing procedural support for ordinary and extraordinary assemblies: agenda preparation, quorum verification, deliberation facilitation, and minute documentation according to LGSC requirements.
RNGC Registration Support
Preparing and submitting the complete documentation package for RNGC registration. Includes document verification, package assembly, submission coordination, and follow-up until registration is confirmed.
Ongoing Administrative Accompaniment
Providing continuous operational support to cooperatives: reviewing minutes, organizing administrative records, advising on procedural questions, and helping maintain documentation standards over time.
How Engagements Begin
Every engagement begins with a conversation. We discuss the cooperative's current situation, what it needs, and what is involved in addressing that need. From there, we outline the scope of work and how it will proceed.
Some cooperatives come to us at the very beginning, before they have any formal existence. Others are established and need specific documents updated or completed. Still others need ongoing administrative support as they grow. The starting point varies. The process is always structured and transparent.
We do not take on financial services work. If a cooperative's primary need is credit, financing, or investment support, we are not the right partner for that need. We will say so clearly and, where we can, point toward appropriate resources.
